Recipes

Here are a few recipes that I have ready for this section.  I will post more soon.  I will either post them in my beer log format or just a regular recipe format.  If you have some good recipes you would like to contribute, send them to my email address and I will post them here.

Extract

ESB - A Recipe that I created but a friend of mine (Ben) perfected.

Fuggle Hop Ale - This is one of my first beers and it turned out good.  It is a English style beer.

Pale Ale
- This is a recipe I came up with because my girl friend does not like homebrew.  This one is not too hoppy and very light.

Honey Brown Ale - This was my first attempt using honey in a beer.  This beer was good but after about 6 months it was great!

Old Foghorn Barleywine - If you like Barleywines, you will like this one.

All Grain

Rye "N's" Honey Ale - If like dry, hoppy, and just a hint of spiciness in your beer you should give this recipe a try

Kolsch - This was the second one I have brewed and it is a very good.

Oatmeal Stout - This was my first Oatmeal Stout.  It turned out great!

Boston Lager - This is a clone of Sam Adams Lager.  This is one of my favorites.  I brew this one about every third batch.

Full Sail Old Boardhead Barleywine - This is a very good clone that I came up with.

Belgian Tripel Braggot - This is a recipe my friend Bob came up with.

Cider

Hard Cider - I have been told this tastes better than the store bought.

Wine

Grape Juice Wine - I got this recipe from my mom and have made it many times.  This is a very easy wine to make.  If you are thinking about making wine, I would suggest you try this recipe.

White Grape Peach Wine - I modified this recipe from the Grape Juice Wine and I will say it is excellent.
